Product Features
Two Manual Options Cover All Sizes
Lever handle works for DN50 to DN300. One quarter turn opens or closes the valve. Worm gear works for DN200 to DN1200. The gear reduces force by 20 to 60 times.
Wafer Design Saves Space and Weight
The wafer body fits between two pipe flanges. No extra flanges of its own. This makes the valve very compact. It weighs much less than a gate valve.
Soft Rubber Seat Gives Zero Leakage
The EPDM seat presses tightly against the disc edge. When you close the valve, the rubber compresses. The seal becomes bubble-tight. No water passes through.
Lockable Lever Stops Unauthorized Use
The lever handle has a locking plate with 10 positions. Insert a padlock to lock the handle at any setting. This prevents tampering. Fire lines and public areas stay secure.
Self-Locking Gear Holds Position
The worm gear design locks itself. When you stop turning the handwheel, the valve stays where you set it. No brake needed. No handle strap.
Low Flow Resistance Saves Energy
When fully open, the disc sits edge-on to the flow. Water passes around it with very little resistance. Your pump works less hard. Your electricity bill goes down.
Core Selling Points
Four Seat Materials Handle Your Media
EPDM for water and mild chemicals. NBR for oils and fuels. FKM (Viton) for high heat and aggressive fluids. PTFE for strong acids and food service.
Corrosion-Proof Coating Extends Life
We coat every valve body with fusion bonded epoxy. Thickness is 250 to 300 microns. This protects against rust, chemicals, and weather.
No Gaskets Needed for Installation
The rubber seat extends to the flange faces. When you tighten flange bolts, the rubber compresses and seals. No separate gaskets to buy or install.
Actuator Ready for Future Automation
The top flange follows ISO 5211 standard. Need to automate later? Remove the lever or handwheel. Bolt on a pneumatic or electric actuator.
Application
Municipal Water Branch Lines – Quick isolation for maintenance. Lever handle is fast and easy.
Water Treatment Plants – Between basins and filter banks. One quarter turn speeds up backwash cycles.
Sewage Treatment Plants – EPDM seat resists sewage chemicals. Choose gear operation for larger lines.
HVAC Chilled and Hot Water – Isolation for air handling units. Compact size fits in crowded mechanical rooms.
Pump Stations – Lightweight design makes installation easy. Gear operation for pump discharge lines.
Irrigation Branch Lines – Lockable lever stops water theft from field branches.
Fire Protection Test Lines – Quick quarter-turn for monthly pump tests. Lockable handle meets code.
Industrial Cooling Water – Low flow resistance saves pumping energy. Lever or gear as needed.
Compressed Air Lines – EPDM seat works well for air. Lever handle for quick tool isolation.
Chemical Dosing Lines – Choose FKM or PTFE seat. Small DN50 valves for accurate dosing.
Food Processing Washdown – PTFE seat for food contact. Stainless steel disc for cleanliness.

Accessories
Padlock (Not Supplied) – Fits through lever locking plate. 3/8" (10mm) shackle max. You supply the lock.
Stainless Steel Lever Handle – For food processing and corrosive environments. No rust. Easy to clean.
Extended Lever Handle – For valves in pits. Handle extends upward 300mm or 500mm.
Padlockable Handwheel (for Gear) – Add hasp to handwheel hub. Lock valve in any position.
Extended Handwheel Shaft (for Gear) – For deep pits. Shaft extends to ground level. 1m, 2m, or custom.
Chainwheel Operator (for Gear) – For overhead valves. Chain hangs down. Pull chain to operate.
Performance Testing
Air-Tightness Test (ISO 5208 Rate A – Zero Leakage):
Close valve fully. Apply 0.6 bar air. Submerge in water. Watch for bubbles for 60 seconds.
Result: No bubbles = zero leakage. This is the strictest test.
Hydrostatic Seat Test (High Pressure):
Close valve fully. Apply 1.1x rated pressure with water (PN16 → 17.6 bar). Hold 60 seconds.
Result: Zero leakage allowed.
Hydrostatic Shell Test (Body Strength):
Open valve partially. Fill body with water. Apply 1.5x rated pressure (PN16 → 24 bar). Hold 60 seconds.
Result: No water through body, disc, or stem seals.
Operator Function Test:
Lever: Operate from closed to open. Check smooth movement. Verify locking plate.
Gear: Turn handwheel fully. Count turns. Check smooth operation. Verify self-locking.
Coating Thickness Test:
Measure epoxy at six points. Minimum 250 microns. Maximum 350 microns.
Material Verification:
Check mill certificates for body, disc, stem, seat.
