Product Characteristics

High mechanical strength with excellent ductility, providing superior resistance to impact, pressure surges, and earth loads.
Internal cement mortar lining complies with drinking water hygiene standards, maintaining water quality while reducing frictional resistance during transmission.
External coating systems including zinc layer plus bitumen, epoxy, or polyethylene sleeving offer long-term corrosion protection suitable for various soil conditions.
Push-on flexible joints using synthetic rubber gaskets ensure quick installation and accommodate angular deflection, reducing the need for additional fittings.
Restrained joint systems available for areas requiring thrust resistance without concrete thrust blocks.
Full range of compatible fittings including bends, tees, reducers, and couplings manufactured to matching standards.

Base Material

Ductile cast iron grade according to ISO 1083 / EN 1563, with minimum tensile strength of 420 MPa and minimum elongation of 10% for DN80–DN1000, or 7% for larger diameters.
Portland cement mortar lining conforming to ISO 4179, with optional epoxy or polyurethane coatings for enhanced chemical resistance.
Zinc coating (minimum 130 g/m²) plus bituminous top coat per ISO 8179-1, or polyethylene sleeving per ISO 8180.
Transportation and Product Qualifications
We transported the products by large trucks to the port for boxing and loading onto the ships.
