Large Diameter Solutions
Large-diameter ductile iron pipe engineered for high-pressure bulk water transmission, raw water mains, and major infrastructure projects. Available with flexible push-on joints or restrained joint systems for demanding installation conditions.

Product Features
Large-diameter manufacturing capability: Dedicated production line capable of centrifugally casting pipes up to DN2600, meeting the demands of major water transmission infrastructure.
High-pressure performance: Multiple pressure classes available up to PN35, enabling application in high-head transmission mains and gravity-fed systems with substantial elevation changes.
Joint system versatility: Options include T-type push-on joints for standard buried installation, K-type restrained joints for thrust-resistant applications, and self-anchoring systems for trenchless installation methods.
Structural strength and impact resistance: Ductile iron metallurgy provides superior mechanical properties compared to alternative large-diameter pipe materials, with inherent resistance to impact loads and pressure surges.

External corrosion protection: Fusion-bonded epoxy coating (minimum 300 microns) or zinc-rich primer with epoxy topcoat per ISO 8179, providing extended service life in aggressive soil conditions.
Internal lining: High-performance cement mortar lining per ISO 4179 ensures sustained hydraulic efficiency and protection of water quality.
Heavy-duty handling: Designed with reinforced socket geometry and lifting provisions to accommodate the substantial weight of large-diameter pipe sections during transport and installation.
