Compact Flow Control Solutions

Our handle wafer butterfly valves feature compact design. They install between pipe flanges directly. These valves save space effectively. They suit tight installation areas. Choose our space-efficient valve solutions.
Product Features
Simple Lever Handle Gives You Instant Control
Turn the handle one quarter turn. The valve goes from fully closed to fully open. No gears. No complex tools. Just a simple, reliable lever that works every time.
Lockable Handle Stops Unauthorized Operation
The handle has a locking plate with 10 positions. Insert a padlock to lock the handle in place. This prevents tampering and accidental operation. Your system stays safe.
Soft-Sealing Design Delivers Zero Leakage
The rubber seat presses tightly against the disc edge. Even after thousands of cycles, the seal remains perfect. You get bubble-tight shut-off every time you close the valve.

Manufacturing Process
We begin with material selection. Computer-controlled melting follows. We cast valve bodies precisely. CNC machines finish surfaces. Automated assembly comes next. Quality inspection completes the process.
Application
Municipal Water Supply Lines – Manual isolation for branch lines, bypasses, and maintenance points. Quick quarter-turn operation saves time.
Wastewater Treatment Plants – Reliable shut-off for sludge lines, air lines, and water lines. EPDM seat resists sewage chemicals.
HVAC Systems in Buildings – Isolation for chilled water and hot water coils. Easy for maintenance staff to operate.
Chemical Dosing Stations – Handle small chemical lines safely. Choose FKM or PTFE seats for aggressive chemicals.
Food and Beverage Processing – Sanitary design with EPDM or PTFE seats. Lever handle is easy to clean and operate.
Installation Steps
Check pipeline alignment first. Clean flange surfaces thoroughly. Position valve between flanges. Insert all bolts properly. Tighten nuts evenly. Test valve operation. Verify leak-free performance.

Performance Testing
Air-Tightness Test (Low Pressure) – We apply 0.6 bar air pressure to the closed valve. We submerge the valve in water. We watch for bubbles. No bubbles means no leakage. This is the strictest test for soft-seated valves. Every valve passes this test.
Sealing Performance Test (High Pressure) – We apply 1.1 times rated pressure with water. For a PN16 valve, test pressure is 17.6 bar. We measure any water passing through the seat. For soft-seated valves, leakage must be zero. We record the result on your test certificate.
Hydrostatic Shell Test – We fill the valve body with water at 1.5 times rated pressure. For a PN16 valve, test pressure is 24 bar. We hold pressure for 60 seconds. No water leaks through the body, disc, stem seals, or flange faces.

Quality Assurance
Third-Party Inspection Reports – Available on request. SGS, BV, TUV, or your chosen agency can inspect our factory and witness testing.
Factory Witness Inspection – Welcome for large projects. Your inspector watches every test. We provide test equipment and procedures.
Material Traceability – We track all raw materials from receipt to finished valve. Mill certificates are available for every heat number.
ISO 9001 Certified – Our quality management system meets international standards. We are audited annually.
