Eccentric design principle: Double offset moves disc away from seat after initial opening, reducing friction and wear. Triple offset features metal-to-metal sealing for zero leakage in high-temperature applications.
Bubble-tight shut-off: Achieves zero leakage (ANSI Class VI / ISO 5208 Rate A) regardless of pressure direction.
Extended service life: Cam-like disc motion eliminates rubbing between sealing surfaces, dramatically extending valve life compared to conventional designs.
High-pressure and temperature capability: Metal-seated versions handle extreme conditions where resilient-seated valves fail.
Electric actuation integration: Factory-mounted and tested electric actuators with various control options (4-20mA, Modbus, Profibus) for seamless automation.
Fire-safe design: Metal-to-metal sealing available for critical applications requiring API 607/6FA compliance.
Bidirectional sealing capability: Suitable for applications requiring sealing against flow in both directions.
