Product Overview

Our GB/T13295 compliant ductile iron pipes are centrifugally cast and designed for pressurized water transmission, including potable water, raw water, and treated sewage. These pipes combine the strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of cast iron, offering a service life of over 50 years under normal operating conditions.
Key Technical Specifications
All pipes are manufactured in accordance with GB/T13295 and ISO 2531, with the following core parameters:

Joint Performance
The T‑type push‑on joint uses a factory‑installed EPDM gasket conforming to GB/T 13295. It allows angular deflection up to 3°–5° (depending on diameter) and provides a fully leak‑tight seal under both pressure and vacuum conditions.
Corrosion Protection System
External: Minimum 130 g/m² metallic zinc coating + red epoxy topcoat (total dry film thickness ≥ 70 μm) per GB/T 17456.
Internal: High‑alumina cement mortar lining to GB/T 17457, maintaining water quality and preventing tuberculation.
Optional: Polyurethane (PU) coating for aggressive soils or trenchless installation.
