Superior Direction Change Solution
Ductile iron elbow fittings for directional changes in buried and above-ground pipelines. Available in multiple angles with push-on or flanged end connections.
Product Features

Ductile iron material resists corrosion. It handles high pressure effectively. 45° and 90° angles available. Different radius options. Long and short radius versions. Flanged ends optional. Cement lining inside. Zinc coating outside. Epoxy powder coating. Smooth bore design. Leak-proof connections. Simple installation process. Low maintenance needs. Cost-effective solution. Various sizes available. DN80 to DN1000 range.
Product Features
Multiple bend angles: Six standard angles from 11.25° to 90° allow gradual or sharp directional changes without custom fabrication.
Socket or flange options: Push-on socket ends for buried rapid installation, or flanged ends for above-ground bolted connections to equipment.
Smooth internal flow path: Full bore design with cement mortar lining minimizes friction loss and prevents sediment accumulation at the bend.
Constant wall thickness: Uniform wall thickness through the bend radius maintains full pressure rating without weak points.
Factory applied lining: Centrifugal cement mortar lining applied before bending, ensuring complete coverage without cracks at the intrados.
Joint flexibility: Push-on socket version allows up to 3° to 5° angular deflection per joint, accommodating alignment variations.
External corrosion protection: Zinc plus epoxy coating per ISO 8179, or fusion bonded epoxy for aggressive soil conditions.
